2) The officers and staff required for
verification of certificates etc. will be deputed from this office. I am to
request you to make necessary arrangements in advance to provide accommodation
to the selection committee members/staff for conducting the interview and
verification to the testimonials of the candidates. Necessary accommodation may
also be made to the candidates who attend the Interview, Additional man power,
stationary required, if any, may please be arranged.
3) I also request you to make
arrangements for cycle(1No) and Reading Meter(3Nos)for the candidates appering
for interview to the post of Assessor Grade II.
4) I am to inform that a Viva-voce
interview in Arithmetic subjects and physical skills may be conducted and upto
a maximum of 15 marks may be awarded according to his/her performance in the
interview.
The following guidelines may be aclopted
in the interview.
a)
Verification
of certificates.
b)
Proficiency
test in Cycling.
c)
Proficiency
test in simple arithmetic.
d)
Test
in Reading Meter Correctly.
5) I also request that lunch and snacks
may be provided to the selection committee members, officers and staff of this
Branch and also for the staff deputed from your circle for assisting the work.
6) I request you to inform the above
matter to the Committee Members concerned.
7) I request you to acknowledge receipt of
